Payments
Payment is accepted via PayPal to kim@chicgraphicdesign.com.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required and the remaining balance will be invoiced upon
completion of the work. If additional charges have been incurred, you will be emailed in advance
of your final invoice. High resolution, suitable-for-printing designs will NOT be emailed
until the full balance has been paid.

Turnaround
Typically, the process for logo design takes about three weeks. If I am accepting clients on a "waiting list only" status, I will email you and let you know when your design will begin. A questionnaire will be emailed to you to fill out and return to me which will help me identify your needs. The three week timeframe will be extended if it is difficult to contact you, and will be based upon receipt of your completed questionnaire.

Delivery
All logos will be emailed to you as vector (Adobe Illustrator .eps) file. All other designs will be emailed a print-ready .pdf file. If you require additional formats, please let me know and I will accomodate you
as best I can. If files are too large to be sent via email a CD, will be mailed to you.

Printing
Pricing is for design only. If you are in need of print services, it can be negotiated via email.
